What we do
Etrenzik Smart Home is a systems integrator. That means we are not a product reseller and not a single-trade contractor — we are the party responsible for making a collection of independent systems behave like one coherent whole.
On a residential project that might mean lighting, shading, climate, audio, video, cameras, locks, irrigation, and the network they all depend on. On a commercial project it might mean networked lighting control, motorized blinds, access control, surveillance, conference room AV, structured cabling, and life safety integration. In both cases the value is the same: one designer, one installer, one number to call, and systems that were engineered together instead of bolted together.
How we are different
We design infrastructure before we design experiences. Conduit, cable pathways, rack space, power, and network capacity get decided first, because those are the decisions that are expensive to reverse. Scenes and automations are easy to change later; a missing cable run inside a finished wall is not.
We also design for the day we are not there. Systems get labeled, documented, and handed over with as-builts. Where a project can be built on open, widely supported standards rather than proprietary lock-in, we build it that way — so you are never held hostage by a single manufacturer or a single integrator.
Who we work with
Homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, general contractors, facility managers, and business owners. On new construction we prefer to be involved at the pre-wire stage. On retrofits we work with what the building gives us and are straightforward about the tradeoffs.
Etrenzik Smart Home serves Metro Atlanta and the Southeast. If you are outside that footprint, reach out anyway — larger projects travel.
