Structured Cabling & Network Infrastructure

Every other system on this page is a tenant on this one.

Lighting control, shading, surveillance, access control, AV, and building automation all ride on the same physical layer. If the cabling is uncertified, the switching undersized, or the Wi-Fi designed by guesswork, every one of those systems inherits the problem — and the symptoms will get blamed on the systems rather than the infrastructure.

We install to standard and certify to standard. Cat6A or fiber horizontal runs, tested with a certifying tester, and results delivered as documentation. That test report is what lets a future contractor troubleshoot a link in ten minutes instead of replacing it on suspicion.

Wi-Fi in a commercial space is a design exercise, not a product purchase. Access point count and placement come from a coverage and capacity plan accounting for construction materials, ceiling height, expected device density, and application requirements. A warehouse, an open office, and a restaurant with a full patio are three different problems that consumer equipment solves identically and therefore badly.

Power over Ethernet has become the backbone of low-voltage building systems — cameras, access points, phones, access control readers, displays, and increasingly luminaires all draw power from the switch. That makes switch selection and PoE budget a real engineering calculation, and it makes UPS-backed switching a requirement rather than an accessory. When the switch goes down, so does every low-voltage system in the building.

What this system includes

Certified structured cabling

Cat6A and fiber installed to standard, tested with a certifying tester, and delivered with results.

Enterprise Wi-Fi design

Coverage and capacity planning with Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 access points, validated by post-install survey.

Managed PoE switching

Switching sized with real PoE budget headroom for cameras, access points, readers, and PoE lighting.

VLAN segmentation & security

Building systems, corporate data, guest, and payment traffic separated by policy, not by hope.

MDF & IDF build-out

Racks, patching, cable management, grounding, cooling, and UPS built so the next technician can work in them.

Documentation & labeling

Every port, run, and device labeled to standard, with as-builts and test results handed over.

Scope of work

  • Cabling design with pathway and riser plan
  • Wi-Fi predictive coverage and capacity survey
  • Installation, termination, and certification testing
  • MDF and IDF build-out with rack elevations
  • Switch, gateway, and VLAN configuration
  • As-built documentation, labeling schedule, and test reports
