Monitored alarm systems

Residential
Security you trust is security you can verify. That means cameras that record locally, alarms that are actually monitored, and one app that shows you everything.
A residential security system has three jobs: deter, detect, and document. Deterrence comes from visible cameras and lighting that responds to motion. Detection comes from door, window, glass-break, and motion sensors reporting to a monitored panel. Documentation comes from surveillance video good enough to be useful after the fact.
That last point is where most consumer systems fall down. A camera that streams at low resolution over Wi-Fi and stores clips only in the cloud produces footage that cannot identify anyone. We specify cameras with enough resolution and the right lens for each specific sight line, run them over PoE cable rather than Wi-Fi, and record continuously to a local NVR — with cloud backup as a supplement, not a substitute.
Camera placement is design work, not device placement. Approach angles, choke points, license plate capture at the driveway, faces at door height rather than crown height, and honest attention to backlight at every west-facing entrance. Ten well-placed cameras beat twenty poorly aimed ones.
Where security gets genuinely smart is integration. An alarm in the middle of the night can bring interior lights to full, raise the shades, unlock egress paths for the fire department, and push camera views to your phone in one automated response. That is a coordinated system doing something no standalone alarm panel can.

PoE cameras selected per sight line, recording continuously to a local NVR with retention sized to your needs. Remote view on any device.
Person, vehicle, and package classification that dramatically cuts false alerts — so a notification means something and you keep paying attention to them.
Coded and credentialed access for family, guests, housekeepers, and contractors, with schedules and a log of who came and went.
See and speak to anyone at the door from anywhere, with the feed available on in-wall touchscreens as well as your phone.
Lighting, shades, audio, and notifications that respond automatically to alarm, motion, or entry events.
